What is your MOQ?+
The mixed stock MOQ is 120 pieces across 3 available styles. Private-label orders start from 300 pieces per style and colour. Availability, material and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I customize the print, labels and packaging?+
The brief supports custom colour or print, woven and care labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks. Availability and minimums are confirmed during specification review.
What is included in the sample pack?+
Choose 3–6 pieces across styles and sizes. The pack can dispatch within 48 hours; the buyer covers courier cost, and the sample fee is credited on the first order. The parcel includes an English composition sheet, size chart, quotation and business card.
Can I send a tech pack or reference image?+
Yes. The final step accepts PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 8 MB. Files are stored with the inquiry rather than sent only by email.
Which compliance documents can you provide?+
Available documents are confirmed against the selected style, material, order scope and destination. List your buyer standard or required report type in the quotation request.
Do you publish prices or offer checkout?+
