MOQ is only useful when the unit, style and colour scope are clear.
A headline MOQ does not explain the complete order. Buyers should confirm whether it applies to one style, one colour, a mixed range or the entire shipment.
The two confirmed launch MOQs
Ready-stock trial120 pieces total, mixing the 3 available launch styles and sizes 110–160.
Private label300 pieces per style and colour, with approved labels, packaging and pre-production sample.
Why the quotation can still change
Material, colour count, print method, label construction, packaging, testing, size distribution and trade terms can change the price or minimum. They must be attached to the actual quote.
Send a quantity matrix
- Style code and colour
- Units by size
- Total units by style
- Total order units
- Stock or private-label route
- Expected repeat-order timing, if known
Do not force a false price comparison
Compare quotations only after the garment, material, packing, testing and shipment scope are aligned. A lower number with a different specification is not the same offer.
